Refund Policy

LuminaForge sells instant digital downloads. Because the full-resolution file is delivered to you immediately after checkout, all sales are generally final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

We'll always make it right

If something is wrong with your purchase, we want to fix it. Email luminaforgeprints@gmail.com within 30 days of your order if:

• Your file is corrupted or won't open
• You received the wrong item
• You were charged more than once for the same order

We'll re-send the correct file, resolve the problem, or issue a refund where appropriate. Please include your order/receipt email so we can locate the purchase.

Colors may vary slightly between screens and printers, and this is not grounds for a refund. Files are for personal use — see our Terms.
